A little note about our Olive Juice

Cold press extraction and an early harvest is used on these "koroneikes" olives producing oil that is spicy and full of flavor. This type of single variety extra virgin olive oil is known as "aggourelleo", whereby the olives are pressed before they ripen, maximizing both flavor and nutrients. Apart from providing full-flavor, this oil is more beneficial than mild olive oils as it is richer in polyphenols (natural antioxidants), of which there are over 100.
